Kumara, my SEC filings reading dog, is resting right now. He figures he will be pretty busy later today since the SEC’s Edgar system will be accepting filings up until the normal 5:30 pm (later for Form 4s) closing time and that some naughty companies will be looking to take advantage of this. So while markets close early today, we’re betting there will be several interesting 8Ks filed later today that most people will forget about by the time Monday rolls around.
