Footnoted.org is pleased to welcome Wendy Fried as a regular contributor to the site. For the past two years, Wendy, a Harvard-trained lawyer, has been blogging at her own site, Proxyland where she dissects employment contracts and the other types of legalese that are commonly found in SEC filings. Or, as Wendy describes it, “In my days as a corporate lackey, I used to draft this bullsh - uh, I mean company disclosure documents.”

Congrats! Its nice to have someone interested in employment contracts. I’ve found your blog very useful from an employment law perspective. So much so, that I’ve listed you in an upcoming post! In the meantime, keep up to the good work.
