I have to agree with Sam here. While they did disclose it in DRS' S-4, it was still nearly a year after the fact. Many companies choose to disclose an informal SEC review via an 8-K. But EASI waited nearly a year before disclosing a formal investigation, one that holds subpoena powers. In my book, that lack of disclosure is simply unacceptable and only makes it seem like they're hiding something significant.

November 05 is still almost a full year after the SEC began their investigation.
