The proxy that Endeavor Acquisition filed in late December (the SPAC that acquired the formerly private AA business) had all kinds of unusual details, like a substantial number of related party transactions. Most interesting, though, was the list of apartments the company keeps in New York and Los Angeles. What are these for exactly? And do they likely contribute to whatever liability the company will be assessed in said lawsuits?
