I would love to understand how you guys judge such executive shifts vis a vis valuation: is this a sell or a buy? I mean, to state the obvious, isn't the problem that either (i) the stock is currently unduly depressed due the lack of transparency discount, or (ii) more problems will follow. Big up or big down. Financially, you could play that by going long a straddle (call + put) but i don't think you could buy enough time</description>
