		<description>I think you&#039;re misreading the contract.  Upon certain terminations, she gets the lesser of (x) severance for 3 years and (y) severance until age 65.  This concept actually protects Avon from paying the CEO severance for the full 3 years if she is fired after reaching age 62.</description>
