		<description>Its just like any resuraunt.  Once people work there and figure out how things work they are not a fan anymore.  I thought it was just limeted to the part timers on the fryers though not the big guys.</description>

I&#039;m actually more disturbed by the fact that they apparently DON&#039;T eat at their restaurants - way to support the product.</description>

		<description>Of all of the director perks out there, given the type of company that Brinker is, this one makes sense.  I would want my directors to get ground-level exposure to the firm.  It would lead to real insight into products and processes.  Also, it&#039;s not that expensive.  More firms should give their directors benefits like this.</description>
