I wonder about the veracity of the BPC and his dealing with me and the former seller and whether Choice has a property picked across the street to hang my flag. Ironic, isn't it? I just read a great article re: moving from an 'industrial-heavy' society to a 'service based' society, and the economic impacts to industry, and this may be an excellent example (a small one at that) of this hypothesis.
