		<description>It's funny, when times get tough companies start to gloss over the details.  I was looking at TheStreet.com's (TSCM) financials the other day, and from 2001 - 2004 (I think, I'd have to look again) they stopped breaking down their IT spending and just lumped it all into PP&#38;E.  So it's very "coincidental" that CountryWide stopped publishing properties by State ;)</description>
