Just a quick FYI - the Jerry Levin in question re: SHRP is not the same Levin from the AOL TW deal. This Levin was known for his "turnarounds" of Sunbeam (Household) and Revlon. From the most recent proxy: JERRY W. LEVIN has been a director since July 2006 and has been Chairman of the Board since September 2006. Mr. Levin was our interim Chief Executive Officer from September 2006 through April 2007. Mr. Levin is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JW Levin Partners LLC (“JWL Partners”), a management and investment firm he founded in 2005. Mr. Levin was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Household, Inc. from 1998 to 2005. Mr. Levin is a Director of U.S. Bancorp, Ecolab, Inc. and Wendy’s International, Inc.
