Hard to believe, though, that the agreement required Brandwine to pay for Prentiss's membership at four different country clubs. I read the relevant parts of the 8-K and it looks to me as if Brandywine will still have to pay Prentiss and August all of those benefits until at least Jan 2009, which was in the original agreement.
